We service properties every 1 week in the summer because it takes more time, debris, and chemicals to service a property every 2 weeks. We did when we first started, and it was a learning experience. Here are the (very honest) reasons why we do not: Click here for the list.

We understand that sometimes you forget to clear your yard before a service, however, we ask that you please be mindful to ensure the yard is clear before we mow. If it is a regular occurrence that we have to clear your yard, there will be an additional charge for each occurrence. We cannot be responsible for any damages to items left in the yard.

If you skip a service visit, we will move your service as much as 1 week. In the fall, spring, and summer growing seasons, there will be a surcharge of $15 for the additional time needed to service your property because of added growth of shrubs and grass or leaves in the fall. We prefer that you let the crew leader decide.

We send an email to let you know when we have completed a service. For an additional cost, we can text you before and after photos of your property, every time, to give you peace of mind.

For best results, please do not water your lawn the night before or the morning of scheduled service.

We make every attempt to do this.

We cannot service the backyard if your pets are not secured in the house due to the safety of all personnel and your pet. In addition, please note that all pet waste is to be cleaned up by homeowners before services are rendered. A cleaning fee of $20 will be added to your invoice for each occurrence. The short answer is no. We service specific locations on certain days of the week.

For plant installs, we require a 50% deposit and the additional 50% is due the day of work completion. For pine straw and mulch jobs, payment is due upon completion.
