Platinum customer service!! They are the ONLY lawn service that responded to my phone call and kept the appointment. They came out right away. I am a single woman trying to make ends meet, they worked with me on jobs and prices and that have done a beautiful job keeping the lawn nice. Karen calls, texts, sends pictures of every job and they respond immediately to every question, text and email. I wish everyone operated their business like Karen does.
